Kingspan Empowers Safety with Speak-Up Hotline

Kingspan is a global building‑products manufacturer with 20,000+ employees in 80+ countries, producing sustainable insulation, ventilation, water‑storage and flooring systems. The company needed an engaging, easy‑to‑use speak‑up program that made reporting visible and accessible across diverse business units and geographies, and that reassured employees they could raise concerns without retaliation.

NAVEX deployed its EthicsPoint Hotline and Incident Management solution—English and local‑language hotlines, a centralized incident database, and targeted communication and training tied to Kingspan’s code of conduct. The rollout raised employee awareness through posters, QR codes and training, and hotline data is now analyzed monthly at divisional level and shared with the board, improving oversight and the company’s ability to act on concerns.
