Kamehameha Schools, one of the world's largest charitable organizations, faced the critical challenge of ensuring student and faculty safety across its extensive educational network. To proactively discover and address misconduct, they partnered with NAVEX to enhance their incident reporting capabilities using the EthicsPoint solution.
NAVEX implemented a flexible hotline system that allowed students, parents, and staff to easily report concerns. This solution enabled Kamehameha to track and prioritize student-related incidents for prompt investigation. The results included a significant increase in reporting year over year, with 96% of managers feeling comfortable using the service, and more importantly, reports were made earlier, allowing the school to address concerns before they escalated.
