Berry Gardens implemented NAVEX EthicsPoint® Incident Management: a multi‑channel, multi‑lingual hotline with translation support, training and awareness campaigns, anonymous reporting and secure case management with monthly reporting. The program boosted employee confidence and engagement, improved early clarification and handling of issues (including HR grievances), strengthened workplace culture, and gave leaders and auditors clearer visibility and assurance of compliance.
