Case Study: National Motorcycle Museum improves HR compliance and retention with Natural HR

A Natural HR Case Study

Preview of the National Motorcyle Museum Case Study

How Natural HR is helping the National Motorcycle Museum to manage their 480 employees and focus on retention in an industry renowned for high turnover

The National Motorcycle Museum, a leisure and hospitality business in Solihull, manages around 480 employees across three sites, including two hotels and a conference centre. With a mix of core and casual staff, the team was struggling to keep HR processes consistent, maintain compliance, and support retention in an industry known for high turnover. Natural HR provided the HR software platform to help modernize and centralize these operations.

Natural HR implemented a phased rollout across the museum’s sites, starting with the Windmill location, and introduced digital onboarding, time and attendance, employee self-service, electronic contracts, rota access, leave requests, and policy visibility. The system also integrated QR code clocking, holiday accrual tracking, and workflow automation, helping the business improve efficiency and access to data. As a result, the National Motorcycle Museum gained a more consistent HR approach, reduced administrative burden, and a stronger focus on employee retention, with plans to extend Natural HR into absence management and return-to-work processes.
