Solid Solutions, a software provider with 200+ employees based in Leamington Spa, needed a better way to manage and connect its workforce after operating without an HR function until 2017. The company was relying on limited internal systems and manual spreadsheet work for basic requests, while looking for stronger self-service, reporting, recruitment support, compliance, and a better employee experience. Natural HR’s platform was chosen to help solve these challenges.

Natural HR implemented its HR system in autumn 2018, giving Solid Solutions centralized employee data, self-service access for staff and managers, and much faster reporting on items like holiday balances, length of service, and contracts. The result was higher employee adoption, less admin for HR, improved compliance, and more time for people-focused initiatives; Natural HR also helped Solid Solutions begin using goals and performance tracking, with recruitment, onboarding, and social features identified as next steps.
