Breyer Group, a UK construction and building maintenance contractor with 400+ employees, needed a better HR system after inheriting one that was poorly scoped for their requirements, too complex, and costly to change. Since going live in January 2019, Natural HR has helped save time, improved ease of use for employees and managers, and given the HR director better analytics for board reporting across areas such as diversity, absence, and promotions, while the business continues expanding its use of the platform.
