Case Study: NCGOP achieves 15 statewide wins with NationBuilder

The NCGOP equips counties with the tools to win 15 races statewide

The NCGOP faced a patchwork of county operations with many local offices lacking websites, donor tools, and an integrated digital organizing system. To modernize outreach and unify county teams, they adopted NationBuilder’s integrated political organizing platform and brought on Sasha Duncan to lead the migration and trainings with support from NationBuilder account manager Dana Landers and architect Austin Bravo.

Using NationBuilder’s platform, the party migrated 51 counties, ran 20 regional (then virtual) trainings, launched a custom website with an interactive county map, and deployed action pages, targeted tagging, and daily email outreach. The results speak to the impact: email lists grew from 14K to 97K (592% growth), the party raised $952K online in 2020, and NCGOP won 15 of 19 statewide races—achievements attributed to NationBuilder’s tools and support.
