IngeniArs Integrates Innovation in SATCOM Using NI’s Data Link

IngeniArs, an Italian SATCOM startup, needed a high-performance platform to validate its complex satellite communication IP cores. The challenge was to find a cost-effective and flexible solution that could handle demanding data rates and validate satellite-ground links without requiring the development of custom hardware from scratch.

Using National Instruments' Data Link Test Framework, which integrated a PXI Vector Signal Transceiver and FlexRIO coprocessor, IngeniArs successfully embedded its IP cores for real-time testing and protocol emulation. This NI solution eliminated the need for complex custom hardware, significantly shortening IngeniArs' development time and time to market for its satellite communication technologies.
