Fingal County Council, a large public sector authority in Dublin serving 240,000 citizens, needed a better way to manage and analyse data across its many departments and systems. Working with Nathean, the council implemented Nathean Analytics to improve reporting, reduce reliance on IT, and gain faster access to accurate information for finance, HR, housing, water, and other services.

Nathean Analytics integrated with Fingal County Council’s ERP and housing systems to deliver more transparent, granular reporting and better decision-making across procurement, debt management, and citizen services. Nathean helped the council achieve a 33% reduction in energy bills, a 20% cut in plant hire costs, significant admin savings, and time savings of more than 1.5 person-days per year, with the investment reportedly paying back within the first year.
