The Aviation Manufacturing behemoth backed by the Mubadala group has ambitions expansionary plans and wanted support in aligning the Manpower Plan to the businesses future goals. Nathan & Nathan went in and facilitated an inclusive approach between Line Managers across divisions and functions along with global benchmark efficiency targets for the Aviation manufacturing industry. The Manpower plan was accepted by the board for next 5 year period.
