South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust was facing spiralling costs and disjointed communication from its legacy telephony system. Nasstar implemented a solution using Teams Direct Routing to modernize the Trust's telephony, enhancing capabilities while reducing costs. The migration was completed without disrupting clinical services and now handles approximately 50,000 calls per week. The results have been significant cost savings, improved staff collaboration, and ultimately, better care for patients. Nasstar continues to provide ongoing support to the Trust.
