Steamoji is a maker academy for kids with nine locations across Canada and the US, offering a broad STEAM curriculum (including a 400-hour program and a focused 40-hour Build to Solve™ course) that combines fabrication, physical computing, engineering and digital arts. As the franchise prepared to scale toward a 100-location network, leadership identified a lack of centralized lead management and sales analytics — relying on spreadsheets made consistent expansion and franchise development difficult.
Steamoji implemented Naranga’s lead management platform to centralize sales insights, lead parsing, email nurturing, real-time notifications, tracking and analysis across all locations. Replacing ad-hoc Excel processes, Naranga enabled campaign setup and consistent nurture workflows, creating a single franchise ecosystem that streamlined franchise sales, improved information management and positioned Steamoji to efficiently pursue its 100-location growth goal.
