Case Study: Little Medical School achieves secure central curriculum storage and streamlined franchise reporting with Naranga

A Naranga Case Study

Preview of the Little Medical School Case Study

Little Medical School effectively manages reports from franchisees and safely stores proprietary curriculum in one place

Little Medical School is a STEM-focused learning program for kids aged 4–14 that runs summer camps, scouting activities and after‑school programs. Founded in 2010 and franchising since 2015, the company now supports 60 franchisees. As it scaled, Little Medical School needed a secure, centralized place to store proprietary curriculum and a reliable way for franchisees to report financials.

Naranga deployed its nCompass platform—primarily the Library, Live Wall and Communications modules—so all learning materials are safely stored and staff can communicate and collect reports across locations. The Library module became the most important feature, enabling centralized, secure access to curriculum while the Live Wall and Communications streamlined franchise reporting; the team notes one possible enhancement: a way to retrieve data from non‑renewing franchisees.
