Using a Whitepaper to Gain Marketing-Qualified Leads

Vicor worked with Napier to generate new marketing-qualified leads by promoting its Zero Volt Switching whitepaper. The challenge was to reach and engage the right audience, particularly European power engineers, with a campaign that could drive strong download and engagement rates.

Napier implemented a multi-channel whitepaper promotion campaign, starting with a three-part email drip sent to Vicor’s internal CRM list and then expanding to Electronic Specifier and Bodo’s Power through hosted promotion, daily newsletters, custom emails, and banner ads. The campaign delivered 350 whitepaper downloads halfway through the planned duration, and its success led Vicor to expand the campaign into America and India.
