Launching and Managing Email Newsletters

Future Electronics worked with Napier to build a database of key contacts across the EMEA region and to launch a regular email newsletter program. The challenge was to consolidate contact data from multiple internal databases and create an effective newsletter process for ongoing communications.

Napier designed and coded an HTML template, managed the newsletter content and design, and handled sending and database management for monthly themed emails. The result was a database of more than 43,000 EMEA contacts and consistent above-industry-average open rates.
