Meridian High School Uses Digital Trophy Case to Display Decades of Yearbooks

Meridian High School in Macon, Illinois needed a better way to memorialize the combined history of three predecessor schools—decades of yearbooks and memorabilia that traditional plaques and physical trophy cases couldn't effectively showcase. Meridian partnered with Nanonation to implement the Digital Trophy Case solution to digitize and display its archival yearbooks and school history.

Nanonation’s Digital Trophy Case centralized archives dating back to 1925 and made them easily browsable for students, parents, and visitors. The project, led by Yearbook Coordinator Sheila Moore and students who secured multiple grants over more than a year, has driven frequent engagement and nostalgia as community members regularly stop to explore the digital collections.
