Do Space is a public digital library that aims to put technology in the hands of anyone for free, but needed an entry experience that felt welcoming and accessible to visitors of all ages and technical skill levels. Nanonation built and deployed a Welcome Wall interactive video wall (camera-tracked installation) to greet guests as they enter and remove the intimidation of first contact with technology.

Nanonation’s solution tracks each person at the door and instantly transforms them into playful digital characters on a large video wall, with obvious interaction points and hidden animations that invite exploration with no learning curve. The Welcome Wall delivered immediate guest engagement, lowered barriers to participation, and helped Do Space sustain repeat visitation by rolling out new “worlds” throughout the year to keep the experience fresh.
