CSG International partnered with Nanonation to build a self‑service bill‑payment kiosk for cable providers. The challenge was to create an intuitive user interface that allowed customers to view accounts and pay bills (cash, credit card or check) nationwide while integrating with CSG International’s existing transaction processing software and infrastructure and supporting unique, provider‑specific branding.

Nanonation delivered a branded, touchscreen kiosk UI tightly integrated with CSG International’s back end and remotely monitored management, allowing cable operators to customize look and feel for their customers. The solution has been widely adopted—over 300 kiosks are deployed across the country—providing convenient, multi‑payment options for subscribers and reducing the need for staffed payment locations.
