Nanonation’s solution lets guests explore treatments, services and facilities while a virtual concierge guides navigation and makes personalized recommendations. The installation produced an engaging digital interface that extends the Celebrity Cruises brand, improves guest discovery of spa offerings and helps turn casual passersby into paying customers.
