Château Lingerie Mfg. Inc., a Montréal‑based, family‑run leader in underwear and baselayer manufacturing and distribution, faced an aging, customized 1995 IT system that had become complex, inflexible and a bottleneck for growth. To modernize operations and support employees, partners and customers, they selected Namtek Consulting Services and its erpWizard suite (with add‑ons like EDI2XML and WMS 2.0) to replace the legacy platform.

Namtek Consulting Services implemented erpWizard, migrated legacy data, provided hands‑on training and added EDI2XML and WMS functionality, plus BI integration (Tableau) and PDF reporting.
