Central Oklahoma Family Medical Center (COFMC) is a 69-employee, community-based healthcare provider committed to accessible, affordable care. COFMC struggled with an external payroll service bureau that produced frequent time-off and timecard errors and slow customer service, while HR was managed in cumbersome Excel spreadsheets that made tasks like employment verifications difficult.
