Van Doorne, a leading independent Dutch law firm, needed a faster and more accurate way to compare extracts from the Land Registry with clients’ mortgage information documents. Manual review by the notary office was time-consuming, involved as many as a thousand pieces of information in some cases, and increased the risk of errors under tight filing deadlines. Nalanda Technology provided the Nalytics search and discovery platform to help address this challenge.

Nalanda Technology worked with Van Doorne to develop the Bulk Document Compare solution, now part of Nalytics’ Legal Toolkit. The solution lets Van Doorne compare documents in bulk to identify differences more quickly and accurately, saving a lot of time and dramatically reducing the risk of mistakes. Van Doorne also noted that Nalanda’s Dutch-based team improved accessibility and communication, helping the project succeed efficiently.
