Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, a 5-star hotel in Chisinau, Moldova, needed a reliable way to protect critical data across two sites with 9 physical servers and 42 virtual machines. Its manual backup approach caused slow recovery, difficult troubleshooting, and heavy administration, so the hotel looked for a feature-rich, easy-to-manage solution that fit Radisson standards. NAKIVO Backup & Replication was selected to help address these backup and recovery challenges.

NAKIVO implemented Backup & Replication with web-based management, scheduled VM backups, recovery jobs, Active Directory integration, and instant file recovery. The hotel reported easier administration, faster restores, and strong storage savings through global deduplication of around 87%. NAKIVO also helped reduce manual work and saved IT time, while daily backup jobs ran successfully, with the longest taking about three hours.
