VOIP24H is a Vietnam-based VoIP provider (founded 2012) that runs one data center with six servers and about 100 virtual machines storing critical CRM data. Backups were done manually via snapshots, a slow, resource-intensive process that sometimes took weeks and required 30–60 minutes to recreate a VM, creating compatibility issues and putting daily operations and customer data at risk.

VOIP24H deployed NAKIVO Backup & Replication to automate VM backups and orchestrate site recovery. The solution’s fast deployment, web UI, rule-based policies, live-VM backups, global deduplication and network acceleration dramatically reduced backup windows, eliminated manual backup overhead, saved IT time and met (and exceeded) the company’s RTO requirements.
