Zufall Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center operating 11 medical and dental sites in New Jersey, running a virtualized environment of ~50 VMs that host critical patient records and applications. Their previous VM backup products either corrupted backups or delivered slow, unreliable recoveries and lacked cloud/offsite replication, putting daily operations and patient care at risk.

Zufall Health replaced those tools with NAKIVO Backup & Replication, which cut daily backup windows from hours to about 15 minutes, added screenshot verification, enabled offsite replication and planned cloud backups, and supports instant object-level restores. Using NAKIVO’s Flash VM Boot, full VMs that previously took ~20 minutes to recover can now be brought online in about one minute (≈20× faster), improving reliability and simplifying backup management.
