NTUC FairPrice leverages Nakisa for end-to-end lease management

NTUC FairPrice, Singapore’s largest retailer and cooperative, needed a better way to manage leases after relying on Excel and email caused manual work, inconsistent data, missed critical dates, and recurring audit points. The company also wanted a more efficient lease management process that could fit its local operating model and integrate with its finance systems, including SAP.

Nakisa implemented its lease management software to create an end-to-end workflow from Real Estate to Finance to SAP, with Nakisa as the single source of truth and seamless integration across NTUC FairPrice’s two SAP entities. As a result, recurring audit points were eliminated, data accuracy improved, and month-end closing became twice as fast, saving 50% of man-hours and improving overall efficiency.
