Allied Irish Banks (AIB), one of Ireland’s leading banks with about 14,000 employees, needed a better way to understand its full workforce and modernize organizational design. Its HR teams had been creating org charts manually in PowerPoint and lacked visibility into external workers such as partners, contractors, and consultants. AIB turned to Nakisa’s workforce planning software to support org diagnostics, visual reporting, and workforce analysis across the business.
