Case Study: E-Services S.R.L. achieves nationwide real-time infrastructure monitoring for Paraguay's ANDE with Nagios

Nagios partners with National Administration of Electricity to successfully power Paraguay

E-Services, an innovative energy and IT solutions provider, needed to deliver nationwide monitoring for Paraguay’s National Administration of Electricity (ANDE). Facing complex requirements—real-time monitoring of network equipment, servers, cameras, UPS and datacenter sensors, bandwidth tracking, custom escalation policies, high-availability failover and remote acknowledgement—E-Services partnered with Nagios and became the official representative of Nagios XI in Paraguay.

Nagios implemented a centralized monitoring solution using Nagios XI (with Nagvis for graphics), providing device configuration procedures, custom escalation schedules, easy machine/app configuration, real-time status and alerting, and mirrored servers with failover. As a result, Nagios enabled faster troubleshooting, raised efficiency and proactivity of IT teams, simplified decision-making with intuitive statistics and displays, and delivered high availability across ANDE’s nationwide infrastructure.
