Tesvolt launches a digital training portal in early 2020 with Nagarro

Tesvolt, a Germany-based producer of commercial battery storage systems, sought to digitally transform its customer training and business operations. To future-proof its growth and move away from on-site sessions, it needed a digital academy portal to train its network of installers remotely. Tesvolt partnered with technology consulting firm Nagarro to define and implement this solution.

Nagarro conducted an assessment and implemented a customized, Drupal-based Opigno solution to create the Tesvolt Academy portal. This provided a single source for all training needs and automated business processes. As a result, Tesvolt gained a scalable way to train installers globally and support them throughout the customer journey, solidifying Nagarro's role as a key IT partner in their digital transformation.
