Star Alliance, a global aviation alliance, needed to evolve its digital presence beyond an outdated, non-scalable CMS. Their challenge was to move to a user-centric design, enable dynamic content management in multiple languages, and improve security while reducing infrastructure costs. Nagarro was engaged to address these needs through a bespoke marketing and branding portal.

Nagarro co-created a responsive CMS portal hosted on AWS, providing a secure, scalable, and performant architecture. The solution enabled dynamic content updates and social media integrations, refreshing the public website and mobile app for a consistent experience. The results included a decreased total cost of ownership, strengthened security, and Google Analytics insights showing consistent traffic and desired viewer behaviors, helping Star Alliance meet customer and member airline expectations.
