Siemens Mobility implements SAP S/4HANA in 100 days with Nagarro

Siemens Mobility, a leader in transport solutions, faced the challenge of integrating a new manufacturing plant in Serbia into its ERP landscape and required a new SAP S/4HANA solution design. Nagarro was chosen as a partner to support this endeavor and set up a proof-of-concept for a new manufacturing solution using a Greenfield approach.

Nagarro implemented and deployed 190 business requirements into the SAP S/4HANA system across two releases. The team moved to a cloud platform to clone the existing system and integrate a financial template without disruption. The entire project was executed in just 100 days, successfully covering 80% of all functional requirements for manufacturing light rail cars and migrating relevant master data from the existing ERP solution.
