Siemens Mobility, part of Siemens, needed to integrate a new manufacturing plant in Kragujevac, Serbia into its ERP landscape and define a new SAP ERP solution design. To do this, Siemens Mobility partnered with Nagarro to build a proof-of-concept for a next-generation SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solution using a Greenfield approach.

Nagarro’s SAP consultants, working with Siemens Mobility’s IT and business experts, created a S/4HANA Best Practice Manufacturing Solution based on Nagarro’s Model Company and Agile Project Approach. The PoC was completed in just 100 days, and the results were considered valuable enough to feed into Siemens Mobility’s ERP strategy and support modernization of its global ERP landscape through 2025.
