Leonhart Group modernizes 17 sites with Nagarro and SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The Leonhart Group, a major player in France's sand and aggregates extraction industry, faced a challenge with a heterogeneous information system after a period of rapid growth. This made data consolidation complex across its 17 sites. Nagarro was engaged to help standardize and modernize their system using SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Nagarro implemented the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Essential solution, covering nearly all of Leonhart's processes with a standard methodology. For a unique weighbridge management requirement, Nagarro developed an innovative IoT extension using visual recognition for truck license plates. This provided Leonhart with a reliable, scalable ERP foundation, setting the stage for their future innovation projects and entry into Industry 4.0.
