A global biotech company, our client, partnered with Nagarro to develop an innovative and completely anonymous way for patients to conduct at-home HIV testing and receive medical guidance. The critical challenge was to build a secure application that preserved absolute patient confidentiality, requiring users to register and receive results without disclosing any personal data.

Nagarro developed a mobile and web application on the Azure platform, using a unique anonymous code for each user to protect their identity. The solution included a secure, isolated audio communication system for confidential conversations with physicians. Nagarro co-invested in the project, enabling the development of a near production-ready product that allowed the client to successfully conduct trials with actual patients.
