Enercon digitizes wind turbine processes with Nagarro, speeding tasks by 2-4 hours

Enercon GmbH, a major German wind turbine manufacturer, faced significant process challenges due to its reliance on paper-based protocols for turbine assembly and acceptance. This led to media breaks, incorrect information transmission between departments, and unrecognized risks. Nagarro partnered with Enercon to address these issues by leveraging SAP solutions to fully digitize these processes.

Nagarro developed and implemented seven different apps integrated with the SAP Cloud Platform, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA for use on construction sites. This solution harmonized master data and provided real-time status updates, enabling employees to complete tasks two to four hours faster. The apps also allowed teams to better anticipate and respond to operational risks, leading to improved end-customer satisfaction.
