DVV completes SAP S/4HANA data migration on time and on budget with Nagarro

Duisburger Versorgungs- und Verkehrsgesellschaft (DVV), a multi-service municipal infrastructure group, needed to migrate data from its existing SAP system to SAP S/4HANA. The challenge was to reliably transfer selected master and transaction data from several modules within a specified timeframe while establishing stable processes that met auditor requirements. Nagarro was brought in as a partner to help execute this data migration.

Nagarro implemented the project using the SAP Activate model and chose a Selective Data Transition approach, migrating only a limited amount of data. The project was completed successfully within the agreed timeframe and budget while maintaining high quality standards.
