Their complex applications required an optimized, cloud-native solution to provide clients with secure, real-time financial data access from any device. Nagarro developed a multi-tenant cloud platform on Microsoft Azure using a microservices architecture integrated with secure REST APIs. They co-created a design system and UX frameworks to build reusable front-end components and implemented fully automated CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. This solution allowed Blackbaud to successfully onboard over 5,000 tenants onto the new robust platform. The reusable components reduced technical debt and improved engineering efficiency, while mature DevOps practices enabled a significant improvement in release cycles, with new code deployed every two weeks.
