Working with Nagarro, the company sought to eliminate the need for experts to travel to multiple sites, reduce late-discovered deficiencies, and speed up acceptance tests through a more efficient, coordinated process.

Nagarro implemented an Assisted Reality solution using Google, Upskill, and Vuzix smart glasses to connect field engineers with remote experts in real time. The hands-free, voice-controlled workflow enabled live guidance, documentation, and step-by-step instructions, cutting acceptance time from 3 hours to 40 minutes per task and helping uncover and resolve more deficiencies at runtime across 20+ pilot sites.
