They had a complex environment with over 100 policy products and approximately 1,300 documents to convert, all within a tight timeframe and budget. Nagarro implemented a hybrid delivery model and executed a proof of concept to guide the document conversion process. The vendor successfully migrated all products and converted over 1,400 documents to the Quadient Inspire platform, also delivering a re-designed UI.
