Musixmatch, a leading global lyrics provider with over 80 million active users, faced a significant challenge in efficiently fulfilling client data requests. The process of fetching and analyzing data from their complex music catalog was a major bottleneck, requiring highly skilled technical staff to perform manual work at the expense of engineering projects. They sought to automate these processes to improve efficiency and client relations using n8n.

The company implemented n8n Enterprise to create an automated interface for its internal APIs. This solution allowed non-technical stakeholders to easily retrieve data through custom modules, removing the engineering bottleneck. The results were substantial, saving an estimated 47 days of engineering work over four months and reducing the time to complete a complex client request from one week to just 15 seconds. Musixmatch has since expanded its use of n8n to 27 custom workflow modules.
