UX Design for Book2Meet Hospitality Solution

Book2Meet, the largest online booking platform for meeting spaces across Europe, needed a more intuitive way for businesses to search and reserve venues. The company worked with N-iX on UX/UI design for its hospitality booking platform, aiming to simplify navigation, shorten the booking flow, and keep the platform’s business-focused look and feel.

N-iX delivered a redesigned, responsive user experience with improved navigation, consolidated search filters, and a faster one-page booking flow. The solution helped users find and book meeting rooms in just a few clicks, within about 5 minutes, and N-iX released the platform in 6 months. As a result, Book2Meet became the first pan-European B2C booking solution in its category.
