Strategic Partnership Encompassing R&D and Professional Services
StreamServe, a leader in dynamic document composition and enterprise output management, needed long-term engineering and professional services support to develop and test its document automation products. Over nine years, it partnered with N-iX to strengthen its nearshore team and support complex enterprise software used by customers in 130 countries.
N-iX implemented a dedicated development and professional services team that worked on server-side components, modules, drivers, web applications, QA, and customer deployments. The result was a 37-person team in Lviv that helped StreamServe scale product delivery and worldwide implementation support, contributing to greater operational efficiency across its OpenText StreamServe solutions.
