Robust High Load System Development for a Swedish-based AMR Supplier

Metrima, a Swedish-based Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) supplier, needed help improving its MActor system and asked N-iX to set up a dedicated Delphi development team. The challenge was to enhance a high-load platform that supports daily data collection from 600,000 automatic meters across Sweden, while adding new capabilities for engineers and energy providers.

N-iX implemented map-based meter node visualization, alerting through maps and email, and flexible report generation. These improvements helped engineers spot problem areas faster, prevent energy losses, and better track data collection, while giving customers tailored consumption reports and a clearer overview of resource use.
