Orbus Software, the London-based enterprise software vendor and sole global developer of the iServer product suite, needed strong quality assurance support for its complex software platform in a distributed development environment. As the product and work volume grew, Orbus Software required a partner who could handle testing, quality control, and technical support for iServer and new products under development.

N-iX provided a dedicated QA, software testing, and technical support team that integrated closely with Orbus Software’s in-house developers. N-iX handled test planning, design, execution, and reporting, identified multiple bugs of varying severity, and helped expand the QA team from four to twelve people, extending support into marketing and tech support as demand increased.
