Gogo, a leading inflight internet provider serving thousands of commercial and business aircraft, needed help moving from costly, non-scalable on-premise data systems to a cloud-based big data platform. Gogo partnered with N-iX and a dedicated development team with expertise in Big Data, cloud, data science, and BI to improve scalability, analyze flight and equipment data, and enhance the customer experience.

N-iX built and migrated Gogo’s unified AWS data platform, using technologies like Spark to centralize data from more than 20 sources, streamline log parsing, and support analytics and maintenance insights in real time. The result was lower infrastructure costs, better operational visibility, and a major reduction in no-fault-founds by 8x, helping Gogo make faster, more accurate decisions.
