A N-iX Case Study
Schibsted Media Group, an international media company focused on Norway and Sweden, needed help developing and supporting several high-traffic digital media properties, including sysla.no, maritime.no, and iLaks.no. The challenge was to deliver responsive web experiences and ongoing updates for sites reaching about 60,000 unique visitors per day, while also expanding into mobile apps for iOS and Android. N-iX provided a dedicated PHP development team and mobile developers to support these products.
N-iX fully built the web projects and handled ongoing support, updates, A/B testing, and analytics integration with Mixpanel and Google Analytics. N-iX also developed Schibsted’s mobile applications to make media content easier to read on phones and enable customized push notifications. The partnership helped Schibsted scale its digital media offering, and sysla.no was later nominated for Norway’s best niche site of the year in 2015.
