MindArk needed a unique B2B virtual reality platform that would let professionals meet in VR instead of by phone or video conference. Working with N-iX and its Business VR solution, the company set out to support multi-user meetings, customizable avatars, presentations, and cross-platform access across devices including Oculus, HTC Vive, iOS, Android, Windows, and OS X.

N-iX delivered a multi-platform VR application with 3D positional audio, voice proximity, Google Drive integration, and realistic head, hand, and lip tracking. The result was a virtual environment that can host around 100 people at once and has been used for meetings since June 2017, helping reduce the need for travel and enabling business use cases such as workshops, conferences, classes, and training sessions.
