N-sight allows Mnemonica to save time and resources

Mnemonica, a Sofia-based managed services provider supporting roughly 500 endpoints and over 200 customers, needed to speed up remote workstation management and operate more efficiently across mixed platforms. To meet this challenge they evaluated several options and selected N-able’s N-sight RMM (procured via distributor Computer 2000 Bulgaria).

By deploying N-able N-sight, Mnemonica centralized monitoring of Windows and Linux servers, workstations, printers, network and virtualization devices, and automated patching and backup alerts to reduce manual intervention and time to resolution. The result: approximately €5K/month in savings, a 30% drop in customer service workload and about 50% less technician time spent on remote management, along with faster issue resolution and improved customer satisfaction.
