N-central Allows Accurate Networks to Proactively Manage Customer Environments

Accurate Network Services, a managed services provider serving Edmonton and Calgary, faced the industry-wide shift from break‑fix support to fully managed, proactive IT services. To meet customer demand for continuous monitoring and faster remediation without expanding headcount, they turned to N-able’s N-central remote monitoring and management platform to sell and deliver proactive services like remote monitoring, automated alerts, and centralized management.

N-able implemented N-central as a single pane of glass with automation, zero‑touch agent deployment, and reporting, enabling a lean one‑person NOC supported by two cybersecurity staff. As a result, Accurate Network Services now manages about 5,000 endpoints across 300 customers, clears roughly 4,000 tickets per month, saves an estimated 4–6 hours per week through automation, onboards clients remotely in a day, and uses reporting to plan hardware refreshes and drive sales.
