Easy Solution, a managed services provider for SMBs in northern Italy, needed to move beyond traditional antivirus to more proactive endpoint protection as cyberthreats grew more sophisticated. To do this they added N-able Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) to their security portfolio, but faced the challenge of demonstrating EDR’s benefits to cautious customers who believed legacy AV was sufficient.
As an N-able partner already using N-able RMM, Easy Solution leveraged N-able MarketBuilder’s ready-made, Italian-language marketing assets plus ongoing support and training from N-able’s Italy team to position and deploy EDR. The effort has paid off: Easy Solution has migrated 75% of its customers to N-able EDR, is onboarding the remainder, and plans further regional expansion with N-able’s continued support.
